Beach House Residences

Something new under the sun. Architura’s sleek, contemporary design comprises three living spaces, including an owner’s penthouse at the summit. Each residence offers secure access via individual elevators and private gates that lead to the sugary white beach. Privacy, yes. But Architura’s unique, curvilinear design combines residential solitude with a connection to the surrounding environment.

Everything starts with the site. Siesta Key Beach is consistently crowned as America’s top beach. Crescent Beach is the jewel in the crown, and it’s where our Beach House Residences shine. The site’s unique character informed our architectural choices. Our design intention flows from that. We maximized both the building’s height and envelope to take full advantage of the location. Enhancing resident experience of the natural beauty of the beach, water and sky was especially important.

Rooms with a view. The view of Crescent Beach is world-class, and we wanted to make the most of it for every resident. For each2,500 square-foot residence, we employed an open layout with a great room concept. This welcoming, light-filled gathering space revolves around a 135-degree, panoramic view of the beach and the breathtaking drama of the iridescent Gulf of Mexico. Large windows and 45-degree sliding glass doors echo the balcony’s geometry, reveal stunning views, and let in plenty of natural light. 350 square-feet of wrap-around, covered balconies further maximize views, create an indoor-outdoor living space, and deepen the residents’ connection with nature. Each balcony extends 10 feet towards the beach—and seems to defy gravity as if you’re floating in the air. Distinctive, all-concrete cantilever construction makes it possible.

Divine details. Our design creates a setting of elegance, simplicity and perfect proportion. Exterior details include the ocean-blue, vertical accent wall and the rhythmic motif of the curvilinear balconies. fun the inside, eye-catching contrasts of materials abound in repeated motifs of circular forms. Interior finishes have crisp lines and textures, and contemporary wood plank tile flows seamlessly throughout the main living areas. Our chef-ready kitchens feature warm wooden cabinets, designer countertops and high-end stainless-steel appliances. High-efficiency lighting, smart sound, safety and Wi-Fi systems, and outdoor kitchens are a few of the other built-ins.

This building’s attention to detail is no accident. Beach House Residences was constructed by ARC Development & Project Management, Architura’s sister company. Thanks to that close collaboration, we had a hands-on connection throughout the entire construction process. That allowed us to fine-tune the smallest detail, from custom finishes to designer lighting.
