The three expansive, four- and five-bedroom residences flow with open concept spaces and windows that frame panoramic views of the sparkling Gulf of Mexico just beyond. Architura’s sleek design seamlessly merges with the natural surroundings, allowing for an effortless indoor-outdoor transition.

Site-specific. Siesta Key Beach is celebrated as one of America’s top beaches. The site’s unique location on Siesta Key informed our architectural choices. We maximized both the building’s height and envelope to take full advantage of the location. Enhancing the resident experience of the natural beauty of beach, water and sky was especially important. Nearly 400 square feet of wrap-around, radius balconies create an indoor-outdoor living space, and deepen the residents’ connection with nature. Each balcony extends 10 feet—and seems to defy gravity, as if you’re floating in air. Distinctive, all-concrete cantilever construction makes it possible.

Smart design. We designed these residences with a world of space to live, work, play and entertain. The floor plan is more than a design for living; it’s a design for exquisite living. Inside, it’s island living at its most comfortable. Light-filled and spacious, these seaside havens delight with custom touches and luxury amenities. Contemporary wood plank tile flows seamlessly throughout the main living areas. Our chef-ready kitchens feature warm wooden cabinets, designer countertops and high-end stainless steel appliances. High-efficiency lighting, smart sound, safety and Wi-Fi systems, and outdoor kitchens are a few of the other built-ins.

Beauty is inside/out. Beauty is in the details and every detail has been addressed. Our signature curvilinear design creates a visual energy and a sense of momentum that delights the spirit and the eye. The azure color palette, vertical accent wall with a stainless steel mesh design and rhythmic motif of the radius balconies further inspire and intrigue.
