St. Armand’s Residence

Located in St. Armands, this single-story residence had the entire center roof line raised to create not only taller vaulted ceilings but also break the otherwise monotone façade. With the addition of 1,000 SF to the 2,600 SF interior space and a new detached garage, we were able to add a 5th bedroom, all in-suite bathrooms, large kitchen, bonus room, and breakfast area.
